Terms and Conditions

International Campus Connect India Pvt. Ltd. (“ICC”)
Product: Freshers Today

1. General Overview

  • These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Freshers Today (“Platform”), operated by International Campus Connect India Pvt. Ltd. (ICC India Pvt. Ltd.), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 in India.
  • By accessing or using the Platform, you (“User”, “You”) agree to comply with these Terms along with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.
  • ICC reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for reviewing Terms periodically.
  • Users must be 18 years or older to use the Platform. Users under 18 may use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent/guardian who accepts these Terms.

2. Use of Platform

  • The Platform, including its tests, mock interviews, study material, and digital content, is provided solely for the personal and non-transferable use of the registered User.
  • Users shall not:
    • Share, reproduce, or redistribute course materials, mock interviews, or videos.
    • Use automated systems (bots, crawlers, scripts) to extract or copy content.
    • Post unlawful, offensive, or misleading content on discussion boards, forums, or feedback channels.
  • Violation of these rules may result in account suspension, legal action, or damages recovery.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All intellectual property, including logos, content, videos, course materials, software, and trademarks, are owned by ICC India Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors.
  • Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Platform.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of content may attract action under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trademarks Act, 1999, and applicable cyber laws of India.

4. Subscription, Payments & Refunds

  • Subscription fees are payable in advance as per the chosen plan.
  • Refunds are permitted only under the following conditions:
    • Requests must be raised within 7 days of purchase by writing to support@icampusconnect.com.
    • Refunds, if approved, will be subject to cancellation charges (up to 40%).
    • Non-refundable categories: Crash courses, short-term promotions, discounts, or content purchased during sales.
    • Final decision on refunds rests with ICC India Pvt. Ltd. and shall be binding on the User.

5. Disclaimers

  • The Platform and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • ICC does not guarantee job placements or selection in recruitment processes; services are for preparation and skill enhancement only.
  • ICC is not liable for:
    • Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in study content.
    • Technical failures, interruptions, or delays in service.
    • Loss of data or damages resulting from use of third-party links or services integrated with the Platform.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
  • Avoid uploading malicious code, viruses, or engaging in hacking attempts.
  • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes. Misuse will invite suspension and may trigger civil and criminal liabilities.

7. Third-Party Links

  • The Platform may include links to external websites. ICC does not endorse, control, or guarantee their content. Users accessing such sites do so at their own risk.

8. Termination

  • ICC may suspend or terminate User access at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms.
  • User obligations regarding intellectual property, indemnity, and liability limitations shall survive termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • ICC shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.
  • Users expressly waive any claims beyond the subscription fee actually paid for the service.

10. Indemnity

  • Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless ICC India Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or costs resulting from misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
