Refund & Cancellation Policy

Product: Freshers Today

1. General Policy

By subscribing to or purchasing any product or service on the Freshers Today platform, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
This policy applies to all courses, subscriptions, digital products, mock interviews, and services offered by ICC unless stated otherwise.
ICC reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on the official website/app.

Refunds are permitted only under the following conditions:

A refund request is raised within 7 calendar days of purchase.
The product/service purchased is not excluded under the Non-Refundable Categories section.
The request must be submitted in writing to support@icampusconnect.com along with proof of purchase.

Refund requests made after 7 days of purchase will not be entertained under any circumstances.

The following are not eligible for refunds:

Promotional or discounted purchases, including but not limited to Diwali Sale, Holi Sale, Independence Day Offer, Christmas Sale, New Year Offer, or any promotional event with discounts of 50% or more.
Crash courses, bootcamps, or short-duration modules, irrespective of the reason for dissatisfaction.
Custom bundles or curated packages specifically designed for the User.
One-to-one mentorship sessions or services delivered in a live format.
Expired subscriptions or unused accounts where the subscription period has lapsed.

All approved refunds are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 40% of the base course fee.
For long-term subscriptions (12 months or more) that include third-party exam registrations (e.g., CoCubes or equivalent), a deduction of ₹1,000 will apply to cover non-refundable components.
Payment gateway charges, convenience fees, and applicable taxes are non-refundable.

ICC may, at its sole discretion, allow partial refunds where only a portion of the course or service has been accessed.
Partial refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis and will still be subject to cancellation charges.
Requests for partial refunds must include specific reasons and supporting evidence (e.g., system issues, non-receipt of promised content).

The User must raise a request by emailing support@icampusconnect.com within the 7-day window.
The request must include:
- Order ID / Transaction ID
- Registered email and mobile number
- Reason for refund request
ICC will acknowledge the request within 5 working days.
The request will be evaluated, and a decision will be communicated within 10 working days.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment method and bank processing timelines.

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, wallet, etc.).
ICC is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party processors.

If a User misuses the platform (e.g., by copying/sharing content or violating Terms of Use), ICC reserves the right to deny refunds and suspend account access.
In case of technical issues (e.g., inability to access content due to server problems), ICC will provide a solution in the form of extended access or alternate delivery, not necessarily a refund.
In rare cases where ICC cancels or discontinues a course/service, Users will be offered either a full refund or a credit note for equivalent value.

All decisions regarding refunds are made at the sole discretion of ICC India Pvt. Ltd.
Users agree that ICC’s decision on refunds shall be final, binding, and not subject to challenge in any consumer forum or court beyond the limits permitted by law.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
